Building a Scalable Compliance Infrastructure: Leveraging a Liaison Network
Featuring CEB (60 mins)
The results from this year’s State of the Compliance Function survey by CEB continues to show the challenge Compliance departments face in addressing the growing myriad of compliance risks. While overall budgets seem to have increased, staffing has not and the theme of “doing more with less” is not sustainable. So where can Compliance departments get the help they need?
CEB’s Liaison Program Toolkit provides some insights into how member organizations have created, structured and measured a network of ‘compliance liaisons’ across the organization to help drive compliance initiatives. In this webinar, Jeff Piposar, Director and Executive Advisor for Compliance and Ethics, will discuss:
YOU WILL LEARN
- How to make the business case for a liaison program that focuses on stakeholder interest
- What structure is most appropriate for your liaison program
- How to develop and engage your liaisons
- What metrics help monitor the effectiveness of the program
