an Ethical Workplace
Our company believes that our employees are our most valuable assets. You deserve to work in a positive, productive

to our values and ethical standards. That means making integrity a priority in everything we do.
If you see or suspect misconduct, report it immediately. While speaking directly to a manager or supervisor
represents the most effective way to report your concerns, our company also offers an anonymous option for
putting Integrity in Action. We have retained the services of The Network, a leading, third-party hotline provider,
so you may communicate anonymously and confidentially via telephone or Internet, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Reporting Harmful Activity
Some common examples of unethical, illegal or unsafe activity include:
- Conflicts of interest
- Accounting or auditing irregularities
- Theft and fraud
- Misuse of proprietary information
- Misuse of assets
- Insider trading
- EEO and code of conduct violations
- Antitrust and competition violations
- Improper dealings with customers or vendors
- Use or sale of illegal drugs
- Creating or ignoring safety hazards

Upon receipt of the report, The Network will forward the information to company management for
investigation and follow up. Reports submitted to The Network will be handled promptly and discreetly.
Retaliation of any kind violates our company’s principles and will not be tolerated.
