The Network, Inc. Names Ralston McCracken as Vice President of Sales & Business Development
Norcross, GA – June 4, 2007
The Network, Inc., the leading provider of ethics and compliance hotline
programs, risk management and critical incident reporting for nearly
25 years, has named Ralston McCracken as its new vice president of sales
and business development. Mr. McCracken will be responsible for establishing
new relationships with prospects and strategic partners as well as expanding
partnerships with The Network’s existing customers.
Prior to joining The Network, he served as a sales and marketing consultant at
Perficio, where he worked with high-tech portfolios and start-up companies to
identify sales, channel, market penetration and expansion strategies. Before
this position, Mr. McCracken was also executive vice president of sales and marketing
at Vianet Group plc, an applications service provider offering data telemetry
to the remote device (M2M) and vending sectors.
Additional experience includes more than 15 years of sales and marketing
experience at the Xerox Corporation and IBM. Up to 2000, Mr. McCracken
served as Vice President, Corporate Marketing for Xerox Europe, where
he reported directly to the company’s Chief Marketing Officer for
Europe. Other executive positions held while at Xerox and IBM include:
Industry Director of Graphic Arts, General Manager of Scotland and Northern
Ireland, Regional Manager of systems sales, Channel Manager of reseller
sales and Sales and Marketing Manager of IBM Document Systems.
An Atlanta, Georgia resident, McCracken holds a bachelor’s of
science degree in Engineering from the University of Birmingham in the
United Kingdom. He is also fluid in French and attended the Executive
Development Program at the INSEAD Business School in France.
