The Network, Inc. Names Fralick CIO

The Network, Inc., a leading provider of ethics hotlines and claim reporting
services, announced today the appointment of Alan Fralick to Chief Information
Officer.
In his role as CIO, Fralick is responsible for building and applying
innovative technology solutions to support company operations. He is
also responsible for establishing technology strategy, leading the development
of telecommunications and information systems and managing technology
operations.
Prior to joining The Network, Mr. Fralick held a variety of positions
in technology management, most recently acting as Manager of Technology
Operations for AMVESCAP Retirement, Inc., a leading financial services
company. He has also served in technology solutions development and operations
roles at MSI, Inc., Nexchange Corporation and Goldman, Sachs & Co.
