The Network, Inc. Announces Senior Management Promotion

The Network, Inc., a leading provider of ethics and compliance hotline
programs, risk management, service quality and critical incident reporting
for over 25 years, has announced the promotion of top executive, Luis
Ramos to the position of Chief Operating Officer.
Commenting on today's announcement, Julio Cantillo, President of The
Network, Inc. said, “Since joining The Network, Luis has made a
significant contribution to our standard of operational excellence, and
was instrumental in the development of our NetClaim service offering.
Additionally, Luis’ exceptional understanding of our markets and

Mr. Ramos, a nine-year veteran of the company, now leads the day-to-day
operations of the organization. He is responsible for the company's contact
center, client services and technology groups. He was formerly Senior
Vice President of Operations and Technology at The Network, Inc. after
stints at ADP and Crawford & Company.
Under Mr. Ramos' leadership, The Network developed its proprietary
application, NetClaimSM, that standardized all reporting services and
created scalability for highly customized reporting programs. NetClaim,
universally hailed and accepted in the industry, has enabled The Network
to develop intricately tailored reporting solutions that use real-time
quality assurance to maintain exceptionally high accuracy levels.
Since Mr. Ramos has been with the organization, The Network has experienced
growth of more than 500% in revenue from claims reporting services.
The Network also announces the promotion of Rick Hollahan to Chief
Information Officer. Mr. Hollahan was previously the Director of Information
Technology. And further, Ralston McCracken, Vice President of Business
Development is, in addition to sales and business development, now responsible
for marketing, creative services and production and distribution services.
