The Network, Inc. Announces Senior Management Promotion
Norcross, Georgia – March 11, 2008
The Network, Inc., a leading provider of ethics and compliance hotline
programs, risk management, service quality and critical incident reporting
for over 25 years, has announced the promotion of top executive, Rick
Hollahan to the position of Chief Information Officer.
Commenting on today's announcement, Luis Ramos, COO of The Network,
Inc. said, “We continue to build an extraordinarily talented team

This promotion recognizes Rick’s exceptional leadership of our
information technology efforts over the past year. His leadership, experience
and creativity will be instrumental in our continued success."
Mr. Hollahan now leads the information technology operations of the
organization. He is responsible for the delivery of key system enhancements,
application infrastructure and day-to-day components of the organization’s
information technology systems and operations. Mr. Hollahan has nearly
30 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) and over 15 years
of IT management experience. Prior to joining The Network in November
of 2006, he was Senior Director of Technology at Georgia Pacific and
the CIO of Xcellenet, a communications software company based in Atlanta.
Under Mr. Hollahan’s leadership, The Network developed a market
leading ad-hoc reporting tool and launched a new product offering for
customer experience management which allows organizations to analyze
trends, make systemic changes and increase the lifetime value of their
clients.
The Network also announces the promotion of Luis Ramos to Chief Operating
Officer. Mr. Ramos was previously the Senior Vice President of Operations
and Technology. Further, The Network announces Ralston McCracken, Vice
President of Business Development is, in addition to sales and business
development, now responsible for marketing, creative services and production
and distribution services.
