The Network, Inc. Names Ganley CFO

The Network, Inc., the nation's premier provider of employee feedback
services, announced today the promotion of James Ganley to Chief Financial
Officer. The announcement was made by Tony Malone, Chief Executive Officer.
Ganley has been with the company in the role of Controller since January
1, 2001. He is responsible for all accounting services, financial planning
and analysis for the privately held company. He brings more than 20 years
of experience to his role leading the financial management of the company.
"Jim has played a critical role in the financial management of
our company during a period of rapid growth," said Tony Malone,
Chief Executive Officer of The Network. "He has streamlined our
processes and provided strong leadership since his arrival."
Mr. Ganley joined The Network after serving iXL Enterprises as Vice
President of Finance and Controller. His previous employers include Ellis
Communications, Park Communications, Price Waterhouse, and BDO Seidman.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and an honor graduate of the Rochester
Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
