The Network, Inc. Names Wells Vice President of Contact Center Operations
Norcross, Georgia – January 4, 2005
The Network, Inc., a leading provider of ethics hotlines and claim
reporting services, announced today that Douglas Wells has been named
Vice President of Contact Center Operations. In this capacity, he will
be responsible for all the company’s contact center functions including
staffing, training, quality assurance, customer satisfaction and administration.

Julio Cantillo, President and Chief Operating Officer at The Network. “His
experience, expertise and drive will help The Network continue to provide
world-class service to our clients as the company grows.”
Wells joins The Network with more than 10 years of leadership experience
in call center operations. Prior to The Network, he served as Vice President
of Operations at the Affinity Group, a Macon, Georgia-based call center
outsourcing firm that Wells co-founded with several partners in 2004.
Wells was previously Call Center Director at Access Integrated Networks
where he managed all the company’s call center operations including
customer support, new application development, workforce management,
quality control and vendor relations.
In addition to these positions, Wells held call center operations and
technical services managerial positions at several leading corporations,
including Providian Financial, OfficeMax, MetLife and AT&T.
Wells hold a bachelor’s of science degree in Computer Science
from Sam Houston State University in Houston, Texas.
