The Network, Inc. Announces Launch of New Learning Management System
Custom eLearning modules paired with robust hosting platform to enable companies to easily track and manage ethics and compliance certification

Norcross, GA – March 19, 2009

The Network, Inc., a technology-based company providing information lifecycle management services to assist clients in building an ethical culture, managing complex insurance claim reporting and offering superior critical incident reporting, today announced the release of an eLearning initiative that pairs award-winning content development with a robust learning management system (LMS) to reliably track course completion and certify mandated activities.

"Our custom-built eLearning modules have a proven success of capturing employees’ attention and fully engaging them in the training experience," said Luis Ramos, CEO of The Network, Inc. "It is a logical next step to pair this appealing, interactive content with a hosting platform that provides reliable delivery, tracking and certification services.”

The Network developed training modules with state-of-the-art graphics and Flash technology to produce a superior visual experience. Narration by professional voiceover talent (in any language) is coupled with on-screen text to reinforce key points, and carefully-crafted assessments are built-in to test comprehension and retention of the information presented. Modules can be built to meet Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliance.

The incorporation of an LMS allows organizations to easily track and manage these custom developed eLearning solutions. Courses launch from a secure, personalized portal available in more than 40 languages. The system tracks course completion for each employee from a single interface and provides a certification process for organizations to track and document compliance with mandated activities, receipt of information, attendance at meetings and disclosure as it relates to company policy or other vital organizational activities.

Organizations are also able to review important information through standard reporting, which allows administrators to view course activity, scores, completion rates and other critical business information that can be used to drive organizational changes or implement improvements.
