The Network, Inc. CEO Luis Ramos to Present at the 20th Annual ACFE Fraud Conference and Exhibition
Ramos to Discuss the Necessity of an Interactive Code of Conduct to Maintain an Ethical Culture

Norcross, GA – July 9, 2009

The Network, Inc., a technology-based company providing information lifecycle management services to assist clients in building an ethical culture, managing complex insurance claim reporting and offering superior critical incident reporting, announced today that CEO Luis Ramos will speak at the 20th Annual Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Fraud Conference and Exhibition.

In his presentation, Ramos will discuss how an organization’s code of conduct is continually changing as they evolve and how a properly written code should be relevant to today's employees—now more than ever—while accurately reflecting company guidelines.

Additionally, Ramos will present findings from the 2009 Corporate Governance and Compliance Hotline Benchmarking Report, the industry’s only comprehensive compliance benchmarking report. As Ramos will discuss, a major finding from this report is that fraud-related incidents from first quarter 2006 to first quarter 2009 surged from 10.9 percent to 21 percent.

Ramos will be one of the ACFE speakers discussing anti-fraud knowledge and education. Entitled “The Necessity of an Interactive Code to Maintain an Ethical Culture,” his presentation will be held Tuesday, July 14, 2009 from 1:40 to 3 p.m. at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.

With more than 2,000 attendees, the 20th Annual ACFE Fraud Conference and Exhibition represents the largest gathering of anti-fraud professionals in the world. Attendees will gain insight on the key anti-fraud issues relevant to corporations today, and as a result, they can develop their training based on specific educational needs.
