New Topics & Expanded Training Capabilities Added to Ethics & Compliance eLearning Library

ReadyTraining™ Learning Blocks provides greater configuration options and enables more extensive code of conduct course.

ATLANTA—October 13, 2011—The Network, Inc., a leading provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions, today announced an expansion of its ReadyTraining™ eLearning library with Learning Blocks, short topical training sequences focusing on key content that can be integrated into any ReadyTraining course. With Learning Blocks, organizations can select compliance-related topics most relevant to them and mix and match Learning Blocks with existing courses to quickly create customized training to meet their specific needs.

“The expert-level content and high degree of flexibility found in ReadyTraining have been extremely well-received by the market,” said Luis Ramos, chief executive officer of The Network. “The Learning Blocks offering extends the configurability of our eLearning solution while adding topic-based content that is critical to a successful compliance initiative.”

ReadyTraining Learning Blocks is a series of three- to five-minute sequences of instructional content that deliver high-level messaging around specific ethics and compliance topics including: conflicts of interest; gifts, gratuities and entertainment; anti-bribery; protecting company assets; harassment and discrimination; competition law; and information security.

“The Learning Blocks solution empowers clients with a build-your-own model for training,” said Jay Thomas, creative director at The Network. “A company can choose a topic or topics relevant to them and enhance the value of any training course.”

Additionally, the company announces an additional ReadyTraining course, “Code Words (Expanded),” which leverages Learning Blocks to extend the existing “Code Words (Basic)” course.

Learning Blocks uses ReadyTraining’s highly engaging, animated situation-based approach and includes interactive exercises designed to reinforce content so that learners retain the information. The ReadyTraining solution is a suite of cost-effective, ready-built courses that can be configured to reflect client-specific messaging, branding and policies. The courses are available in multiple languages to support global enterprises and are accessible via Flash-enabled mobile devices. ReadyTraining is designed for quick deployment and provides critical metrics, administration and certification tools.
