Upcoming Career Fairs

Come and find out why it’s great to become a member of The Network’s Customer Service Intake Center. At our Career Fair, you’ll find out how The Network can provide you the opportunity to challenge yourself and to share in our company’s success. We have a number of full time Customer Service Intake Positions available. No telemarketing, all inbound calls.

Follow these steps to Participate

Take our online typing test. The Network uses a typing assessment program as part of the process to determine if you possess the skills to be a successful interviewer. Please follow the Typing Test link below to take the typing skill assessment to determine your eligibility for the career fair.

Requirements:

  • Interview Specialists – 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Bilingual Interview Specialists – 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.

Please do not take the test more than three times. Once you have successfully completed the test, you will be prompted for the following information:

  1. Your Name
  2. Your Email Address (type "None" if you do not have an email address)
  3. Your Phone Number
  4. Your Home Address

If you meet our typing requirements a representative will contact you for a brief phone interview and to schedule an appointment for the Career Fair.

Available Shifts

Start times may vary from day to day and week to week. Schedules will be produced 2 weeks in advance. Candidates must be flexible to begin work between the two-hour start time windows indicated below. All candidates will work 40 hours per week but must be flexible to work up to 10.5 hours per day. Some weekend rotation may be required.

What to Expect at the Career Fair

The hiring process is a structured and comprehensive assessment of your skills, willingness to perform the job, and fit with The Network culture. Once you arrive at your scheduled appointment time, the entire assessment takes four to five hours. Candidates must complete the entire process to be considered. Please be prepared for the following:

  1. Typing test to validate online results
  2. Writing skill assessment that focuses on spelling, grammar and word usage
  3. Reading comprehension
  4. Interviews with key members of The Network team

Be Prepared

Please be prepared to bring the following items with you to the Career Fair:

  1. Several copies of your resume
  2. Five professional references* (include at least 3 supervisors, managers, team leads, etc. to whom you have reported)
  3. Completed employment application*
  4. Background Screening authorization form*
