The Day-to-Day:

  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.

Interview Specialist (Bilingual)

As an Interview Specialist, you will answer inbound employee assistance-type calls from employees of our Fortune 500 client companies. Interviewers are responsible for accurately documenting these calls using PC and Windows-based applications.

The Day-to-Day:

Partnering with the Call Center team, you will:

  • Answer inbound calls in a 24/7/365 environment
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our clients
  • Meet performance metrics around quality, customer service, call times, etc.

The Right Person:

Will have…

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in one of these languages:  Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese, German, French

Clerical Data Entry Specialist

As an Clerical Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for printing faxes and emails that are submitted by our clients. Once the information has been printed, the data will then be entered into a PC Application and assigned a tracking number. He/she will also be responsible for saving image files to specified drives and directories. Other clerical duties may be assigned as needed.

The Day-to-Day:

Partnering with the Call Center team, you will:

  • Providing clerical support to our Call Center
  • Printing documentation from clients
  • Complete data entry

The Right Person:

Will have…

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1 Year of Data Entry or Transcription Experience
  • Minimum Typing Speed of 57+ WPM with 90% Accuracy
  • PC Proficiency with Knowledge of Windows Applications
